Rodrigo is the Research Project Manager at the Community Conservation Research Network (CCRN). He has over 15 years of experience in the fields of marine conservation and environmental sciences having participated in numerous multidisciplinary, multi-stakeholder projects and activities in Uruguay, Iceland and Canada with emphasis on coastal and marine conservation and management, community-based co-management, protected areas, artisanal fisheries and species at risk. Rodrigo brings a broad range of skills in communications, research, knowledge mobilization and project management experience to the CCRN. He holds a Master’s in Marine Management from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and Ecology from Florida Institute of Technology.
