David Gauthier, Vice-President Academic and Research of Saint Mary’s UniversityDavid Gauthier is the Vice-President Academic and Research of Saint Mary’s University. David’s research will focus on the physical vulnerabilities related to water resource scarcities, the effects of climate change risks on vulnerabilities, and the adaptive capacities of regional institutions to provide insights into community vulnerability and governance issues in Canada and internationally.
