Wildlife

Ongoing efforts to protect wildlife through means such as increasing habitat connectivity, reducing dependency on bushmeat through agriculture and livestock initiatives, and collaboration at the local level are examined within the presentations available on this page.

These studies form a discussion on comparative environmental management approaches from a variety of locations such as the Congo, Nepal, Ghana, Malaysia, and the Philippines. In turn, this provides a glimpse into which systems of governance tend to be effective -and others which  may have potential short fallings we can learn from moving forward.
